DESCRIPTION
This automated microfactory is composed of an enclosure containing 2 ECP 2200 HPLC pumps from ECOM, 1 tubular setting and an automate. There is 2 inlets, one for triglycerides and one for the dialkyl carbonate solution. There is 4 outlets, the production line, the recirculation line, the maintenance line and the safety line. Its function is to transform triglycerides and dialkyl carbonate, such as dimethyl carbonate, into an excellent biodiesel-like biofuel. Recipes are develop by Autarcycle Inc. to fit the costumer needs. Menu on the machine offer personalized recipes as requested. Recipes modifications should be authorized by Autarcycle Inc. Beyond biofuel the microfactory can be programmed to produce a variety of bioproducts that can be used for a variety of purpose like cosmetics, solvents, lubricants, jet fuel, etc.
